MILITIA LEADER ON THE RUN

Kentucky Militia leader, Charles "Charlie" N. Puckett, 55, from Lancaster, KY, was set up, ala Robert Stewart, by the ATF on illegal weapons possession charges, arrested, and placed under home confinement in November of 2001. Not surprisingly, Puckett slipped his electronic surveillance bracelet and disappeared the night of 13 March. Authorities believe Charlie is traveling with his son, Charlie D. Puckett in a 1994 turquoise Ford pick-up truck. Puckett’s lawyer Gatewood Galbraith (www.gatewood.com ) and his wife say they believe Charlie was kidnaped. Ironically, authorities planned to re-arrest Puckett the day after he disappeared on obstruction of justice charges. Now, Charlie will also be accused of a laundry list of additional crimes. The ATF considers Charlie "armed and dangerous." They are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to his capture.

Puckett proclaimed his innocense in a wordy message left on the Kentucky State Militia Internet web site stating basically: "I must leave society at this time for my own safety. Again, I state I have broken no laws." Puckett wrote that he fled because he refuses to "donate years of my life for something I have not done." Puckett notes that he has spent 12-years with the militia

Puckett was arrested by ATF agents shortly after doing a TV interview concerning Steve Anderson, 54, a former member of the KY Militia who is thought to have fired on Scott Elder, a deputy sheriff, on October 14th, 2001. Anderson remains a fugitive. Puckett says he cooperated with law enforcement by turning over to them a letter from Anderson. ATF agents claim Puckett is a former felon without rights to own firearms. Puckett challenges the ATF based on his felony conviction two years before the 1968 federal gun-control act (expost facto). The TV show America’s Most Wanted will feature Anderson and possibly Puckett in forth coming programming. The ATF is offering $20,000 for Anderson’s whereabouts.

MONTANA MILITIAMAN DISGRACES MOVEMENT

Twice in less that a week I was asked to appear on CNN to speak about David Burgert, an evil doer from Kalispell, Montana who, when trapped by police in an icy field put a machine gun to his head and threatened to take his own life. Burgert, 38, was the self-proclaimed leader of "Project-7," a cell of nine wannabe militia. The name comes from Flathead being the seventh county in the state. Like too many others, Burgert may have parleyed a traffic ticket into a long prison term. Burgert was first charged with two counts of assaulting a police officer following an altercation after a traffic stop. His friends and neighbors collected bond money, but on the date of his scheduled arraignment, Burgert jumped bail. While a fugitive, Burgert led the community to believe that he had been abducted by authorities, killed, and dumped in Flathead Lake. Duped citizens and media offered a $5,000 reward for disclosure of Bergert’s remains. Burgert left his wife and children to be cared for by concerned neighbors while he shacked-up with Tracy Brockway, a 32 year old cleaning woman employed by the White Fish Police Department.

After a fight with Burgert, one of his own followers went to Flathead County Sheriff Jim Dupont with information on the group and their intent to kill officials this Summer. Police found Burgert at Brockway’s home. After a stand-off, police decided to allow the couple to leave in a pick-up truck which became stuck in a snawbank. A search of the property uncovered a significant cache of weapons and munitions — some illegal, including a silencer. A Gateway computer was found to contain a list of county officials and their children to include home addresses and favorite recreational spots. Police say cell members told them Burgert planned to start a nationwide militia war that would bring down the federal government. Burgert’s anti-government sentiments are well known to local authorities, although people who know him personally say he is all-talk and no action. Brockway is charged with obstruction of justice for hiding the crafty miscreant . Her bail was set at $100,000.

Burgert is another misguided criminal who thinks it is OK to break the laws of God and the land in order to "save" the Constitution. He is obviously a follower of William Pierce and his National Alliance movement. Pierce authored The Turner Diaries and The Hunter. Both novels encourage anarchy through deadly force and indiscriminate killing of American government employees. Burgert, and people like him, represent a dangerous enemy to our Constitution and nation.

SURVIVING THE WAR ON TERRORISM

I explained, in the last edition, the 9-11 attacks from an Islamic point of view. The famous strategist Tsung Tse (Sun Tsu) taught that to assure victory, you must know both the enemy and yourself. I have explained the enemy’s nature. Now let’s examine us. Every politician knows that war unifies a nation’s people with the ruling government. President George Bush is riding a high tide of approval while spending billions of dollars fighting a war against worldwide terrorism and our American freedoms. What’s the purpose? Certainly it is to make the world a safer place — and speed a global governance. Europe now recognizes the "Euro-dollar" and will become an increasingly powerful economic entity — even as the USA has through unification of the 50-States. The same will occur in Asia.

It is often said that Communism died when the Soviet Union collapsed and the "wall" came down, but are we blind to Red China, North Korea, Southeast Asia, Burma and Cuba? Before the American Revolution and free-enterprise, the monarchies, oligarchies, theocracies, and dictators of the world controlled the fruits of labor and its wealth. With the birth of America came a new world. Ordinary citizens could own land and become rich. To the "haves" this was unacceptable and ever since they have schemed, maneuvered, and even worked to reverse the process. The 18th Century German philosopher, Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, proffered that for every thesis there is an antithesis. The struggle between the two gives way to a compromise synthesis — ergo Communism opposes Free-Enterprise. If Hegel is right, and Communism is dead, what is our status? What is the emerging synthesis — Socialism? What about Corporate Fascism?

Without muddling the subject with too many confusing terms, let’s stick to things familiar to us all. First, we are told: "After 9-11 America will never be the same!" Why not? After liberation, we weathered the War of 1812, War Between the States, two world wars and scores of police actions. Remember the Constitution and Bill of Rights? Remember when the Bureau of Land Management was created to disburse government lands to citizens and States — in perpetuity. Remember when a citizen could keep what they made and inherited? Have you ever compared the tenants of Communism to Americanism? Which system are we now more under? Where are we headed? I submit that, while Hitler is dead, the idea of Corporate Fascism is alive and growing by leaps and bounds. Why is such a transition not tolerable? The motto of Communism was to all according to their needs; from all according to the abilities — every one working for the state. Today we work from January through May to pay for government. Various taxes, fees, licenses, permits, et al, consume most of what we make. Our national debt grows, even as our individual debt soars. Who benefits?

As a soldier, I can’t ignore what is happening to our "All Voluntary" military. There are 186 in the UN. Our young men and women are "peace-keeping" in 70 nations around the globe. My great-grandfather fought in the Southern War for Independence; my grandfather in WWI. My dad was killed in WWII and I went to Vietnam. Today’s sons of America have fought in Panama, Grenada, Haiti, Kuwait, Iraq, Somalia, Bosnia, among others — and now Afghanistan. Are our uniformed services servants of the United Nations, or do we have pressing American military interests in 70 foreign countries? What are we securing the USA and the globe for, or against?

Obviously, the "West" has proven itself masters of military hardware, tactics and strategy. Our coalition blitzed Iraq in 100 hours and crushed the Taliban even faster. Most favored friend China, on the other hand, has obliterated our foreign trade balance with its human sea of slave labor. Aren’t things better for us all when the world works as one? American and Africa has an abundance of minerals, China and the emerging nations provide people for assembly, Arabs furnish fossil fuels, while Europe designs. If you were a member of the international elite, wouldn’t you be pleased? In the past colonial imperialists controlled the world. Haven’t we just about gone full circle? Slaves must be provided with all their needs, i.e., education, health benefits, employment, food, clothing, shelter, et al. How free are we? Are most "well-off" Americans attached to a corporate umbilical cord? Are most corporations, including banks, merging?

What has happened historically to every great civilization? Powerful military forces have unified conquered areas — and for a tribute provided security for those within. The governments (people who control them) have succumbed to weaknesses and perversions within, even as the Babylonians, Medes, Persiams, Greeks, and Romans. It is no different today. There is no question that eventually we will come under a global governance. 9-11 certainly helped advance the position of government.

Time and again I’ve outlined and detailed the solution to enduring challenge successfully. First, be aware of your environment; second, be prepared; third, get organized. This newsletter is an excellent way of knowing the truth of important events. You can become seriously paranoid rushing to and fro as Henny-pennies cry the sky is falling. Unlike almost all of the patriots-for-profit, my profession for years was risk management — for the Pentagon. Bo Jackson may know sports, but I know government — by serving behind the veil of National Security at the highest levels. I’ve been tested time and again and never let you down. There are serious threats to our security, but not through "chem-trails" and Russian tanks.

Judy has ask that I reconsider the Spike dates for our best and final training exercise. In consideration of airline fares, rental car specials, and work schedules, I had planned Spike to include Saturday, our Sabbath. I believe that Judy is right in her request to honor God’s Fourth Commandment. Therefore we will modify our training to include Saturday as our assembly day, 8 June, 0800-hours at the Gritzhaus hanger. This will be for those attending the Counter Terrorist Scuba Training and Spikers who will be helping as Staff members. We will celebrate the Sabbath, brief, organize, and prepare for move-out to the Lake Mead — Colorado River area. To be eligible for this segment of training you must be a Scuba qualified Spiker! The course is limited to the first 10 Spikers who request enrollment and send in their tuition. Contact Judy ASAP. All other attendees will report to the Gritzhaus at 0800 on Tuesday, 11 June 2002. Remember the 1976 Country-Western song: "Kick Me Jesus Through the Goal Posts of Life"? This is a must rehearsal for those who believe in the rapture! I will arrange a free-fall parachute jump for those of you desiring to see the Vegas valley and mountain view from a higher vantage point. Of course there will be special weapons, counter-terrorist driving, and realistic counter-terrorist missions. You will leave this Spike knowing exactly how to handle the terrorist threat.

DEFENDING AGAINST CHEMICAL TERRORISM

The following is a break-down of Chemical Weapons that now threaten Americans. This part lists the individual agent, symptoms, and treatment. The next Newsletter will cover biological weapons. Military surplus stores and gun shows across the country may carry old and still reliable remedies.

A. Nerve Agents: Tabun, Sarin, Soman, VX

Symptoms: Body fluids run freely, pin-pointed pupils — everything looks dark, seizures.

Treatment: Atropine — 2mg, then additional as symptoms recede. Pralidoxime Chloride — 1 gram IV over 30-minutes. Benzodiazepines — for seizure control.

B. Cyanides: Hyrdogen and Cyanogen

Symptoms: Anxiety,hyperventilation, respiratory distress.

Treatment: Cyanide Antidote kit — Amyl nitrate ampule, 300mg sodium nitrate over two-minutes. Sodium thiosulfate — 12.5 grams over five-minutes.

C. Vesicants: Mustard and Lewisite

Symptoms: Redness and blisters; inhalation injury may result in respiratory distress.

Tratment: Topical antibiotics, Systemic analgesics, Fluid balance (do not over-hydrate — not a thermal burn).

D. Pulmonary Intoxicants: Chlorine and Phosgene

Symptoms: Delayed onset of cardiogenic pulmonary edema.

Treatment: Treat hypertension with fluid; no diuretics.

The largest chemical threat to America comes from the Umatilla Army Depot just south of the Columbia River on the border of Washington and Oregon at the junction of Interstate Highways 82 and 84. This storage area for old military chemical weapons is a federal mega-disaster waiting to happen. The site contains millions of pounds of leaking nerve gas with no ready means of disposal. The Only chemical disposal plant capable of destroying this huge festering arsenal is at Tooele, Utah — which has its own problems. After I first disclosed this threat in the CFA Newsletter, CBS-News 60-Minutes did a special which opened many political and public eyes, which just as quickly went back to sleep. The search for Arab terrorists and imported weapons continue to take center stage. Those Americans who live in the Northwest are advised to stay awake and learn more about this home-grown threat which is far more dangerous than foreign terrorism. I first called respected Idaho Representative Helen Chenoweth and revealed the problem to her. She promised to investigate, but was stonewalled by the Pentagon.

WHAT ABOUT ISRAEL

Just to show you there are two sides to every pancake, here is the opinion of Carl Worden: "I think we'd all be pretty upset if Israel held so much power over us that we would be forced to comply with Israel's demand that we not harm Usama Bin Laden when we found him, but that is exactly what our government has been telling Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon with regard to Yasser Arafat.

Look, let us recognize the reality facing Israel: All the leaders of the Palestinian and Arab terrorist groups in Israel admitted on tape and on camera during the recent Arab Summit that they would continue their fight against the Israelis "occupying" their land, whether or not a Palestinian state had been granted by Israel. That means Israel has nothing whatsoever to gain by establishing a separate Palestinian state, so why bother? The only true purpose for a Palestinian state was to give Israel's enemies a better strategic starting point to drive the people of Israel into the sea. Land for peace was a lie and a pipe dream all along, and Secretary of State Colin Powell was a raving lunatic for ever endorsing such an idea.

So where does that leave Israel? I think the Arafat idiots have painted themselves into a corner, and have left Israel with no other choice but to expel and escort every Palestinian, every non-Israeli and every non-Jew across the river into Jordan. Anybody tries to come back, they get shot and that's that. The only alternative is to keep doing what Israel has been doing, and continue to see innocent lives lost at the hands of even more suicide bombers. Israel has reached the point of diminished returns for their efforts, and there is nothing to be gained by continuing to placate America further.

So get it over with, Israel. Nobody is going to blame you for taking the necessary steps to protect your citizens, as long as you don't engage in needless genocide. Just give your Palestinian population two weeks to pack and get across the river Jordan. They can rename Jordan Palestine if they want, or they can keep calling it Jordan, just so long as they know that whatever they call it, from now on, it is called home.

Carl Worden also writes about the "True Israelite"

"I can't tell you how many times I receive e-mails telling me the Jews living in modern Israel are not the true seedline of the ancient Israelites. These lies are taught and promulgated mostly by those who persist in preaching British Israelism, known today as Christian Identity. They use historical documents and other materials to back up their claims that they, these lily-white Anglo Saxon Germanic types, are the true seedline of Israel, and that the Jews occupying modern Israel today are mere pretenders to be God's chosen people.

I suppose what troubles me most by these e-mails is the total sincerity of belief these poor lost souls exhibit, and I know those lying high priests of Christian Identity couldn't possibly get away with it if these people actually read and understood their Holy Bible, and particularly the area of ancient prophesy as it pertains to Israel today.

In view of the potentially catastrophic events now unfolding in the Middle East between Israel and her Arabic enemies, I herewith present you the biblical prophesy of an attack that will take place in the latter days we find ourselves in right at this moment. This prophesy is found in the book of Ezekiel, chapters 38 & 39.

Before I proceed to print out the episode, it helps to understand the history leading up to this battle. Back in 70 A.D., Israel was totally overrun, the temple was destroyed and her people were carried off as slaves to every part of the earth. God allowed this and called for it in preceding prophesies. Biblical prophesy has always clearly predicted that the descendants of ancient Israel would one day re-establish themselves in the exact same lands as they had once populated, and in 1948 that is exactly what happened: Israel was once again legally recognized as a nation, and she was repopulated by the descendants of those who were carried off to all points of the earth as slaves in 70 A.D. So when you read these two chapters of Ezekiel, pay special attention to references like Ezekiel chapter 38:8 which reads, "After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them." and 38:12 which reads, "To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land."

As you read these two chapters, remember this prophesy was written about 2,500 years ago, and take note of the enemies that will be aligned against Israel in the latter days. They are, among others, Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya. Only Persia has been renamed Iran, but it is still the same people, and this is the amazing thing about biblical prophesy: It has always proven to be 100% accurate.

Just for the heck of it, what do you think the chances are that some scribe 2,500 years ago wrote out these two chapters and they ended up in the Holy Bible? What were the chances Israel would be reestablished in the exact same location as ancient Israel when it was overrun in 70 A.D.? What were the chances that Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya would continue to exist as viable nations 2,500 years later, let alone be accurately identified as enemies of the resurrected Israel in the year 2002? Give me a break, people: if anyone cannot see the hand of God in these prophesies, then they don't want to, because the combination of accuracies found here compound the odds at least one of these prophesies would be false, yet none have proven false. There are over 430 separate prophesies written in the Old Testament that clearly point to Jesus Christ's birth, His life, His specific wounds and death, and His resurrection. They are absolutely, on the money accurate, yet every one of those prophesies were written many years before Jesus' birth.

So I herewith request you read Ezekiel, chapters 38-39:

Chapter 39, verse 28 says it all: ‘Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God, which caused them to be led into captivity among the heathen: but I have gathered them unto their own land, and have left none of them any more there.

29 Neither will I hide my face any more from them: for I have poured out my spirit upon the house of Israel, saith the Lord GOD.’

There you have it in Ezekiel chapter 39:28: The whole story in a nutshell that records God's punishment of Israel for trespassing against Him, their being led off into captivity, their being gathered back from the nations of their enemies, reforming Israel in the exact same location as ancient Israel (1948) and then defeating (probably by a nuclear or neutron bomb strike) a combined army of hostile nations that is attacking them to utterly destroy them.

The only prophesy that hasn't been carried out yet is the actual attack, and look at what's happening today. By the way, most experts believe "Gog" identifies the leadership of Russia in the latter days, and the Bible identifies Gog's home as the uttermost parts of the north. So go to a world globe, put your finger on Jerusalem and take a straight shot north: The last major city in the uttermost parts of the north just happens to be Moscow. It doesn't work if you start from anywhere in the United States.

So for you poor, lost souls who have been led to believe the United States is the new Israel, understand that you have been lied to by a satanic people who would very much like to see the true children of Israel -- the ones actually in Israel -- destroyed by the enemies of God Himself. I don't think that's a real smart choice -- what do you think? I think I'll stay on God's team. I think I'll stick to the truth.

Now for the obverse side:

On the other hand what if Chinese concentrations told us to vacate California; Vietnamese decided Washington, D.C. belonged to them; Mexicans ordered us out of Phoenix; Cubans claimed Florida; American Indians decided to no longer share Oklahoma; Blacks seized Georgia; Cajuns closed off Louisiana; Catholics took over Massachusetts; Mormons fenced off Utah; and Pentecostals precluded entry into Texas — I hope you see my point. God may have given the Promised Land to His people, but what is now the Nation of Israel has long been home to the Palestinians. A brief look at what is now Israel will show that terrorism eventually forced the British out so that the UN could award Palestine to the Jews. Sending Palestinians to Lebanon or Jordan is liken to Lincoln’s plan to ship freed black slaves to Liberia.

I have expressed a fact many times both verbally and in writing: There will be no peace in Israel — until after Armageddon — for this purpose did God save Abraham’s first son Ishmael. Ishmael is to be a wild man in the face of all others until the Messiah claims this earth. Until then all the Nobel Peace Prizes and diplomatic initiatives and good will in the world will fail. Israel has occupied areas as a result of the 1967 war which could provide a homeland for the Palestinians at the Gaza Strip (Egypt/Mediterranean Sea), Golan Heights (Syria), and the West Bank (Jordan). The Palestinians have been promised jurisdiction, but never given authority over their own area(s).

No doubt, Israel has fought hard and often to claim title to their land and right to exist, but so did the Serbs. Ethnic cleansing is no longer tolerated as it once was. What is the answer — as always — Jesus Christ. Until then, I can’t recommend Israel to anyone as a place to live, or even visit. One thing for certain: Arabs will not cease fighting Jews in current Israel until their brother Palestinians have a secure place within their traditional homelands.

CFA NEWSLETTER

Due to the many events since my Connecticut acquittal in March of 2000, this Newsletter has not been published with the regularity of the previous 9 years. For that reason all subscriptions will be extended until I can get back on a reasonable schedule. Life is a great test. If you would seriously claim kinship to almighty God, He requires you to experience certain challenges which are actually opportunities. Abraham knew the pain of preparing to sacrifice Isaac to understand how God must have felt about offering His only begotten. Each of us are similarly challenged. We must know hurt to realize how God feels about His bride, Israel and her whoredom. Life doesn’t become easier when you strive to draw nearer to God — just far more worthwhile. God’s Fourth and Fifth Commandments are frequently ignored by Christians in the modern world. We overlook His Sabbath and our ailing parents. My mother, Samantha, is now living with us. It is a 24-7 duty being there for those plagued with Alzheimer’s disease, also a blessing — a way to get to know someone usually taken for granted. Now Sam goes where we go. Maybe things will settle down — maybe they won’t. Either way God is in His Heaven and all is well.
