Candied Butter Pecans

  • 1 cup pecans
    0.33 cup sugar
    2 tbsp. unsalted butter


1. Prepare the Ice Cream

In a medium sized saucepan, whisk collectively milk, brown sugars, egg yolks and salt. Place the pan over medium high heat till the mixture gets to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium and whisk the mixture for five minutes or right up until it starts to become thick.
