    4 egg yolks
    Pinch of salt

    2 cups whipping cream
    2 tsp. vanilla extract

Candied Butter Pecans

  • 1 cup pecans
    0.33 cup sugar
    2 tbsp. unsalted butter

Directions

1. Prepare the Ice Cream

In a medium sized saucepan, whisk collectively milk, brown sugars, egg yolks and salt. Place the pan over medium high heat till the mixture gets to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium and whisk the mixture for five minutes or right up until it starts to become thick. Strain the mixture right into a big bowl and whisk in butter until blended, then add half-and-half, whipped cream and vanilla.
